COURSE SYNOPSIS

Microsoft Project is versatile project management tool used across various industries for planning,
scheduling, and resource management. It’s particularly helpful for industries like construction, engineering,
healthcare, and IT, where managing complex projects with multiple teams and tight deadlines is crucial.

Microsoft Project designed to help manage project from start to finish. it allows users to plan, schedule,
track progress, allocate resources, and manage budgets. Essentially, it provides tools to organize and
manage the entire lifecycle of a project, from initial planning to final execution.
